Every rupee tied to a result you can point to.
Performance marketing is the part of digital marketing built to be measured: paid campaigns on Google, Meta and YouTube, set up so every enquiry, call or sale can be traced back to the ad that produced it. We run it as one discipline within our wider services, for businesses in Mumbai and across India — and, on a limited basis, as an outsourced partner for teams abroad.
What performance marketing actually means
"Digital marketing" covers everything from your website to your social presence. Performance marketing is the measurable slice of it — paid campaigns bought and judged on a tracked outcome (a lead, a call, a purchase), rather than on reach or impressions alone. If a channel can't tell you what it produced, it isn't performance marketing; it's advertising.
What we manage
- Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, Display and Maps campaigns, built around the terms your actual buyers search.
- YouTube Ads — for demand you can't capture on search alone, aimed at the audience cohort most likely to convert.
- Meta Ads — Facebook and Instagram campaigns, from cold-audience testing through to retargeting.
- Lead generation — campaigns built and judged around cost per qualified lead, not cost per click.
- Landing pages & conversion rate optimisation (CRO) — the page traffic lands on matters as much as the ad that sent it there; we test and improve both.
- Marketing attribution — conversion tracking set up properly (not just "Ads is on"), so you can see which channel, campaign and even ad actually produced a result.
Google Ads vs. Meta Ads — which one first?
Google Ads captures existing demand — people already searching for what you sell. Meta Ads (and YouTube) create demand — putting your offer in front of people who weren't looking yet, based on who they are and what they do. Most businesses need both eventually, but the right starting point depends on whether your buyers already search for you by name or category. That question, not a generic rule, is what the free Growth Check-Up call is for.
How much should a business spend on ads?
There's no universal number — spend should be set against what a customer is worth to you, not a rule of thumb. As a starting shape: budget enough to gather a meaningful number of conversions per campaign within a month (too little data makes optimisation guesswork), and treat the first few weeks as a learning phase rather than a final verdict. We'll work out a realistic number with you on the call, based on your margins and what a customer is actually worth.
Reducing CAC and improving ROAS
Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS) both move on the same few levers: better audience targeting, tighter ad-to-landing-page relevance, faster creative testing, and attribution accurate enough to tell you which spend to cut. Most "we need more budget" problems are actually "we can't see what's working" problems — which is why attribution and CRO sit inside performance marketing for us, not bolted on afterwards.
Outsourced & fractional performance marketing
Some businesses don't need a full in-house team — they need someone senior running paid media without the overhead of hiring one. We take on a limited number of engagements this way, including for businesses in the UAE, US, Canada and Europe, run over video calls, shared dashboards and async reporting across time zones. This is still early for us internationally, and we're upfront on the call about whether the scope and timing are a genuine fit.
When it makes sense to outsource
- You need senior strategy and execution, but not a full-time hire yet.
- Your in-house team is capable but stretched, and paid media keeps slipping.
- You want an outside read on whether current spend is actually working.
- You're entering a new channel (e.g. Google Ads, after years on Meta only) and want it set up properly from day one.
How we price it
Performance marketing is included in our Growth and Scale packages — starting ranges from ₹40,000/month, with ad spend always billed separately and directly to you, never marked up. For international engagements, we quote in the relevant currency on the call once we understand scope.
Common mistakes we see
- Turning on Meta and Google Ads together with no way to tell which one is doing the work.
- Judging a campaign in its first week, before it's had enough data to learn from.
- Sending paid traffic to a homepage instead of a page built for that specific offer.
- No conversion tracking at all — spend decisions made on gut feel, not numbers.
