Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026. This policy explains, in specific terms, what personal data this website collects, why, which outside services we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights.
1. Who this policy covers, and who we are
This policy applies to www.dmarketingcryptex.com and its associated forms, creator roster and admin tools (together, "the Site"). It covers anyone who visits the Site, submits an enquiry, or registers as a creator.
The Site is operated by DMarketing Cryptex, trading under Juztfind LLP, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us", "our"). We are the "Data Fiduciary" for the personal data described below, as that term is used in India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), which this policy is written to comply with.
2. What personal data we collect
We collect the following, and nothing beyond it:
- Enquiry form (/contact): your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email address, your brand and what you sell, what you need help with, and anything you choose to write in the message field.
- Creator registration form (/influencers): your name, city, phone, email, content niche, the platform profile links you provide (e.g. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), the follower, reach and engagement figures you self-report, an indicative rate if you give one, and any notes you add.
- Consent record: that you ticked the consent checkbox, and when.
- Usage and device data, collected automatically: pages visited, time on page, referring site, approximate location (derived from IP address), device type, browser and operating system — collected via cookies and similar technologies through the tools listed in section 5.
We do not knowingly collect payment card details, government ID numbers, health data, or any other "sensitive personal data" through this Site.
3. Why we collect it, and our legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry and arranging the Growth Check-Up call | Your consent, given on the form |
| Reviewing and, if approved, listing your creator profile on the public roster | Your consent, given on the form |
| Matching approved creators to relevant brand campaigns | Your consent, and our legitimate interest in running the service you signed up for |
| Measuring site traffic and improving the Site and our advertising | Consent, via cookies (see section 5) |
| Keeping records for accounting, legal or fraud-prevention purposes | Legal obligation / legitimate interest |
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We do not add you to a newsletter or marketing list you did not ask for.
4. The creator roster, specifically
A new creator registration is saved as "pending" and is not visible to anyone outside our team — not the public, not brands. A member of our team reviews it, may correct obvious errors (e.g. a mistyped follower count), and either approves or declines it.
If approved, your name, city, niche, follower/reach/engagement figures, tier and the platform links you provided become visible on the public roster at /influencers. Your phone number, email address and any private notes are never published — they stay internal, used only to contact you about campaigns. You can ask us to remove your profile from the roster at any time (section 8).
Your audience-size tier (e.g. "Micro influencer") is calculated automatically from the follower count you enter, using fixed, published thresholds — it is not a profiling or automated decision-making process that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you, and every registration is reviewed by a person before approval.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use Google Tag Manager to load the tools below. You can decline or later withdraw analytics/advertising cookies through your browser's cookie settings; the Site works without them, though we won't be able to measure your visit.
| Tool | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Google Tag Manager | Essential to load other tools | Loads the tags below; does not itself set tracking cookies |
| Google Analytics | Analytics | Counts visits and page views, in aggregate, to help us understand and improve the Site |
| Meta (Facebook) Pixel | Advertising | Measures the effectiveness of our Facebook/Instagram advertising and lets us show relevant ads to past visitors |
To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. To control how Meta uses your data for ads, visit your Meta Ad Preferences.
6. Who we share your data with
We use the following outside services to run the Site. Each acts as our service provider (processor) under its own privacy terms, and none is permitted to use your data for its own purposes beyond providing the service to us:
- Google Firebase — hosts the Site, and stores creator-roster records (Cloud Firestore) and admin sign-in (Firebase Authentication).
- Google Sheets, via Google Apps Script — stores a copy of every form submission for our team to act on.
- Gmail — delivers the email notification our team receives for each submission, and the acknowledgement email you may receive.
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — as described in section 5.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — the advertising pixel described in section 5, and WhatsApp Business, if you choose to message us via the WhatsApp links on the Site (subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms once you open that conversation).
A brand we are pitching creators to sees only the approved, public roster information described in section 4 — never your phone number, email or private notes — and only when you are genuinely being considered for that brand's campaign.
We do not otherwise share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law (for example, a lawful request from a court or regulator).
7. Where your data is stored, and cross-border transfer
Google and Meta operate global infrastructure, so your data may be processed or stored on servers outside India, including in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws. Where this happens, it is under each provider's own contractual and security commitments as a global cloud service; we have not restricted any specific country for this purpose, consistent with the DPDP Act's current framework at the time of writing.
8. How long we keep your data
- Enquiry form submissions: kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Approved creator profiles: kept for as long as you remain on the roster.
- Rejected or withdrawn creator registrations: deleted within 30 days of the decision or your request.
- Any personal data, on your request: deleted within 30 days, except where we're required to keep a record for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons — in which case we keep only what's necessary, for only as long as required.
9. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and show it to you;
- correct, complete or update inaccurate or out-of-date data;
- erase data that we no longer need for the purpose it was collected for;
- withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect anything already done with it, and we will stop and, where applicable, delete data as a result within a reasonable time;
- name a nominee to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity;
- lodge a complaint with us (section 10) and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these, email dmarketingcryptex@gmail.com with your name and the phone/email you used on our form, so we can locate your record. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Grievance Officer
For any question, complaint or grievance about how your personal data is handled, contact:
Raj Vidhyadharan, Founder, DMarketing Cryptex (Juztfind LLP)
Email: dmarketingcryptex@gmail.com
Phone: +91 99872 23006
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
We aim to acknowledge grievances within 7 days and resolve them within 30 days.
11. Children's privacy
This Site is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
Data in transit to and from the Site is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Stored data sits in access-controlled Google Cloud infrastructure, with the creator database additionally restricted so that pending and rejected profiles are never publicly readable, and write access is limited to your own submission or our signed-in admin account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect what you share with us.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated; material changes will be reflected here, and we encourage you to check back periodically.
14. Contact
General questions about this policy, outside of a formal grievance, can also be sent to dmarketingcryptex@gmail.com or +91 99872 23006.
